We prefer vacant properties for finishing work — it's faster, cleaner, and causes less disruption. For smaller cosmetic jobs we can discuss a phased approach. Tell us your situation when you request the quote.
We quote all labour and standard materials as a single lump sum. If we discover something genuinely unexpected after opening a wall — rare for finishing work — we stop and call you before spending a euro more. You always decide before we proceed.
No — and we're upfront about it. Electrical, plumbing, and heating installations require a licensed Responsabile Tecnico under Italian law (DM 37/2008). We don't offer these services. If your project needs this kind of work, we can refer you to a vetted local specialist.
It depends on the season. On average, from quote confirmation to start date is 2–4 weeks. For urgent jobs (e.g. between tenants) we look for tighter slots — ask when you write.
Yes — Bologna city and province. For addresses outside the province we can still take a look: write to us and we’ll tell you if it’s in our scope, no commitment needed.
